Interactive Learning Journey

A global pharmaceutical organization tasked us with creating a series of interactive videos for their HR Leadership Development Program, aimed at empowering emerging leaders with insights from top internal and external experts. With five complex focus areas to cover, the challenge was to make deep, rich content engaging and easy to digest.

To tackle the depth and complexity of these topics, we interviewed over 50 internal leaders and external experts worldwide, gathering their knowledge into a format that was both comprehensive and accessible. We divided the content into short, easy-to-navigate segments, allowing viewers to explore topics at their own pace and choose their own path through the material. This flexible, interactive structure encouraged active participation and engagement, transforming the learning experience into a personalized journey.

The response exceeded expectations: the videos sparked widespread participation, and the host site quickly became the organization’s most popular HR platform, with over 8,000 active users and more than 10,000 page views. This initiative successfully positioned the HR portal as a go-to resource for leadership development across the company.

What they said

“The work is outstanding – you did an amazing job. The content is engaging and inspiring. I would like to include this video as the gold standard.”

  2. We find the right team

A lead from our team reads it and brings in the scribes, designers, animators or game designers the brief needs.
